1. Introduction
Welcome to SpiritLabWay. By accessing or using any of our offerings on LabSpirits.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
2. Services
SpiritLabWay provides spiritual leadership growth programs designed for directors and senior leaders. These include live workshops, coaching sessions, retreats, and personalized guidance.
3. Digital Info Products
Our digital info products include e-guides, recorded webinars, and online courses. Delivery is instantaneous upon confirmation of payment.
4. Physical Goods
We may offer branded journals, workbooks, and spiritual toolkits. Physical goods are shipped from our facility in Toronto.
5. Payment Terms
- All fees are stated in CAD and payable in full before access or delivery.
- Payment methods accepted will be listed at checkout.
6. Refund Policy
6.1 Services
For live coaching programs, workshops, and retreats, SpiritLabWay offers the following:
- If you submit a refund request at least 14 days before the start date, you may choose a full refund or transfer to a future session at no additional fee.
- If you request a refund between 7 and 13 days before the start date, a 50% reimbursement of the paid fee will be issued.
- Requests made less than 7 days before the start date are non-refundable due to resource allocation and personalized preparation.
- Custom one-on-one retreats are explicitly non-refundable because of bespoke arrangements and dedicated facilitator time.
6.2 Digital Info Products
Because delivery is immediate, digital info products are non-refundable once access credentials or download links have been provided. This policy protects the integrity of our content and ensures fair access for all participants.
6.3 Physical Goods
- Returns of unopened and undamaged items are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- To initiate a return, please contact us. Upon receipt and inspection, a full fee credit will be issued to the original method of payment within 14 business days.
- Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
7. Cancellation and Rescheduling
For services, cancellations or rescheduling requests should be submitted via email or our contact form. Approved transfers do not incur additional fees if submitted in compliance with the timelines in Section 6.1.
